Finding us
Free parking on site.
On Britannia Road West, in Mississauga. If you are coming from Mississauga Road or Creditview Road, it is a short run either way along Britannia.
Ground floor access. Tell the office when you book if you need anything arranged and they will sort it before you arrive.
Before you call
It saves time if you have these ready.
- What is happening, in your own words
- When it started
- Whether anything is swollen
- Your insurance details, or your CDCP member card if you have one
The office books from what you tell them, so the more specific you are, the better the appointment you get.
If it is urgent
Call. Do not book online. A phone call lets the office triage you and hold the right amount of time.
Call 911 for difficulty breathing or swallowing, drooling, a changed or muffled voice with facial swelling, confusion or faintness, heavy bleeding you cannot control, or a head injury with loss of consciousness.
Go to a hospital emergency department for swelling spreading towards the eye or neck, swelling under the tongue, a fever with facial swelling, difficulty opening your mouth, or swelling spreading quickly over hours. Learn more about emergency dental care in Mississauga.

Questions patients ask
Frequently Asked Questions
What are your opening hours?
7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Friday and Saturday. Closed Sunday.
Is there parking?
Yes, free, on site.
Do I need a referral?
No, for anything, and you do not need to be an existing patient.
Can I just turn up?
Call first. A phone call lets the office hold proper time for you. Arriving unannounced usually means waiting longer.
Are you taking new patients?
Yes.
What should I bring to a first appointment?
Insurance details, your CDCP member card if you are enrolled, a list of your medications, and any previous X-rays you hold.
What if it happens when you are closed?
Work the red-flag lists above first. A knocked-out adult tooth goes to whoever can see it fastest. Anything else can be held overnight by an after-hours dental service, then call us when we open.
